John Hood's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

John started their career at AGB McNair in 1989, working as a Research Assistant and later as Victorian Field Supervisor and Interviewer.

In 1995, they joined National Australia Custodian Services, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Reporting Officer, Master Custody Pricing Analyst, and Performance Analyst.

John then worked at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management as a Performance/Business Analyst and at Prudential Portfolio Management as a Performance Analyst on a contract basis.

In 2000, they worked as a Performance Analyst (Contract) at Friends Ivory & Sime.

In 2001, they joined UniSuper, where they held several positions, including Investment Analyst (Operations), Senior Investment Analyst (Public Markets), and Manager, Equities.

Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in asset class management, manager selection, negotiation, and portfolio analysis.
