David Keen has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. David started their career at OneLink Transit Systems in 2003 as a Data/Reporting/Business Analyst, where they played a multi-faceted role and was heavily involved in improving cash reconciliation processes. In 2011, they joined Sigtec as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the CAMS project for the Department of Finance, developing Java desktop applications and their associated RESTful web services. In 2012, they joined UniSuper, where they held roles as a Workflow Developer and later as a Senior Application Developer.

David Keen completed their education with a Master of Computing degree in IT from RMIT University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne in 1998-2001. In addition to their formal education, David has attained several certifications in the field of IT, including the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate from DDLS, the Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist certification from Kofax Education Services, and the Professional Scrum Developer 1 certification from Scrum.org.
