Faouzy Soilihi has a diverse work experience starting from 2000. Faouzy worked at Motorola Mobile Devices in various roles, including Mobile TV technical lead and DVB-H technical lead. Faouzy then joined Nanomade as an Embedded field test application developer and eventually became the CEO and Executive Director. Faouzy also served as the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Unissey. Faouzy Soilihi is an MBA graduate from HEC Paris.

Faouzy Soilihi has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Signal Processing from CentraleSupélec, which they earned between 1997 and 2000. Faouzy also attended Lycée Pierre de Fermat, specializing in PCSI-PC* from 1995 to 1997. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued an MBA at HEC Paris. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
