Shiva Pathapadu started their work experience in 2005 as a Business Operations Manager at Technowave Inc. They then joined Unissant in 2006 as a Business Operations Manager, and later took on the role of Director of Process Quality and Compliance in 2013. In this position, Shiva was responsible for managing CMMI and ISO compliance efforts, driving quality improvement, and standardizing quality practices.

Shiva Pathapadu holds an MBA in Marketing from Osmania University. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications including Integrated Policy Management Professional (IPMP) from GRC Certify in September 2023, Certified CMMI Associate from ISACA in May 2021, GRC Auditor from GRC Certify in 2021, and GRC Professional Certification from GRC Certify in 2020.
