Ben Richardson BSc FCA serves as the Group Finance Director at Unispace since July 2023. Previously, Ben held the position of Finance Director at Romulus from July 2021 to July 2023, overseeing financial processes and strategic planning for a property investment and development firm. Earlier roles include Head of Finance at Guild Living, managing the finance team for a major growth initiative, Finance Director at Fruition Properties, and Finance Director & Financial Controller at Morgan Sindall Investments Limited. Additionally, Ben's career began at Moore Stephens as a Senior Auditor and included a role as Group Accountant at Macquarie Group. Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an FCA designation from ICAEW and holds a 2:1 degree in Business from Cardiff University.
