Arun Kottha currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Unison Risk Advisors, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance, legal operations, complex contracts, claims and litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources-related legal matters. Prior to this role, Arun held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, gaining extensive global experience in manufacturing, operations, regulatory compliance, transportation, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns. Earlier in the career, Arun practiced as an attorney at Tucker Ellis LLP, handling a diverse range of commercial, litigation, and regulatory matters, with a focus on loan modifications and commercial issues following the 2008 financial crisis. Arun Kottha holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, an international ADR law curriculum from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Case Western Reserve University.
