Aradhana Upadhyay, PhD, currently participates in the Bridge Program focused on Pharmaceutical Commercialisation at Queensland University of Technology since April 2024. Serving as an Adjunct Research Fellow at Singapore National Eye Centre since September 2016, Aradhana provides technical consultation and engages stakeholders while previously leading pre-clinical drug development projects in collaboration with Santen Pharmaceuticals. Additional roles include an Admin Assistant and Investment Intern at Uniseed, offering insights into early-stage intellectual property commercialization. A former Research Instructor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Postdoctoral Research Officer at Victoria University, Aradhana has significant experience in molecular cell biology, biomarker identification, and research project management. With a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology and Pharmacology and ongoing studies in Project Management, Aradhana has a proven track record in scientific research, collaboration, and education across multiple esteemed institutions, contributing to numerous publications and patents.
