Regina Esslinger, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Regina started their career in 1996 as a Job Placement Specialist at Manpower, where they gained valuable experience in matching candidates to employment opportunities. In 1999, they joined Unique Employment Services as a Temporary Staffing Specialist. Here, they further honed their skills in matching temporary employees with suitable positions. In 2003, Regina transitioned to UniqueHR, where they held various roles. Regina began as an HR Customer Service Representative and gradually worked their way up to Vice President of Human Resources, their current role. Throughout their tenure at UniqueHR, they have been responsible for managing human resources functions at different levels, including as a Human Resource Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Regina's work experience highlights their expertise in human resources, with a particular focus on staffing, employee relations, and employee development.

Regina Esslinger, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University, which they pursued starting in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wilmington College (OH) in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Regina has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In 2014, they received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). The same year, they also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
