Susy Tan is an experienced quality management professional with a diverse background in supplier relationship management, quality assurance, and engineering. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Unique Industrial Product Co. since July 2023, Susy previously held the position of Supplier Relationship Associate at Spectrum Brands, where responsibilities included driving supplier performance improvements and managing an online Issue Management system. Prior roles included Quality Assurance & Compliance Associate at Unique Industrial Product Company, where oversight of compliance with regulations such as RoHS and ISO audit assistance was key, as well as engineering positions at Chrysler and Lear Corporation, focusing on product quality and process evaluations. Susy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
