Loubna DALI, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they are serving as the Vice President at Unique Computing LLC since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Bowie State University, where they developed and implemented lesson plans, focusing on critical thinking skills. Loubna also held the position of DoDStem/DSEC Program Coordinator at the United States Department of Defense Grant, where they demonstrated leadership abilities and managed campus operations. Before that, Loubna worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at B2B Clever Tech, performing audits, threat analysis, and making recommendations for containment/remediation.

In addition, Loubna has experience as a Product Owner/Cybersecurity Analyst, analyzing vulnerabilities and risks in hardware/software and continuously reviewing cybersecurity systems. Loubna also worked as a Teacher Assistant/Researcher at Bowie State University, focusing on enhancing data security in cloud computing. Furthermore, they served as a Principal Investigator/Mentor SURI at Bowie State University, where they created and maintained lab environments for security testing.

Loubna's early experience includes working as a Data Analyst at STMicroelectronics. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, data analysis, research, and teaching.

Loubna DALI, Ph.D. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from Bowie State University from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from École nationale des sciences appliquées d'Agadir from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Loubna has also obtained various certifications.
