Sadique Sheik is a seasoned data scientist currently employed at Unique since April 2024. Previously, Sadique held multiple senior positions at SynSense from June 2018 to March 2024, including Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, Director of Algorithms and Applications, and Senior Research and Development Engineer. Prior experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, San Diego, spanned January 2014 to May 2018, along with a brief tenure as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Intel Labs in late 2015, focusing on neuromorphic circuits and architectures. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate System Engineer at IBM Global Business Process Services from June 2007 to January 2009. Sadique attained a PhD in Computational Neuroscience and Neuromorphic Engineering from ETH Zürich and holds a Master's degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
