Hayley Rice started their work experience as an Unpaid Caregiver for their mother in 2008 due to their terminal illness. Hayley transitioned back into the workforce in 2009 as a Web Analytics Coordinator at Ascentium. Over the years, they held various roles in digital analytics at companies like Digitaria, Captura Group, and ViTRO. Hayley taught Analytics at the University of San Diego and most recently worked as an Associate Analytics Director at Mindgruve. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in digital analytics, strategic planning, and leadership.

Hayley Rice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth. Hayley also completed Project Management Training for Project Leaders at the University of Warwick. In addition, they obtained various certifications in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker Studio, Optimize, Tag Manager, and Advanced Analytics at different times between 2014 and 2023.
