Manuela Dilen is an experienced professional in internal communication and project management, currently serving as the Internal Communication Project Leader for FlexGen Europe at Unique Career Belgium since February 2022. Responsibilities include being the central communication point for local entities and developing and disseminating local messages and priorities. Previous roles include Coordinator for student administration at Syntra AB, Marketing Assistant at Forbo Flooring, and various internships focused on digital communication and marketing. Manuela holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a solid foundational education in Latin and Mathematics.
