Mirta Dujic currently serves as the Director of Legal Affairs, Compliance and General Secretariat at UNIQA osiguranje Hrvatska since September 2021, overseeing a comprehensive range of legal topics including corporate law, regulatory compliance, and ESG matters. Previously, Dujic held various roles at Erste & Steiermärkische S-Leasing d.o.o. and Pružne građevine Llc., with responsibilities that included managing legal affairs, overseeing compliance, and representing the company in numerous litigation cases. Dujic's legal expertise was further developed during a traineeship at the Municipal civil court in Zagreb, where experience was gained in civil and labor law. Dujic holds a Master's Degree in Law from Law University.
