Mario Ciglar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations transformation and digital innovation. Currently serving as the SEE Regional Senior Leader for Operations Transformation & Excellence and the SEE Senior Digital Transformation Manager at UNIQA osiguranje Hrvatska since September 2021, Mario has also held the position of Head/Director of Operational Excellence & PMO. In addition, Mario represents the UNIQA Group in the CC Group at Eurapco and actively participates as a member of the Digital Transformation Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. Mario has been a guest lecturer at Otvoreno učilište Algebra since 2015 and contributed as a member of the Croatian AI Association from May 2022 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Mario spent 25 years at Hrvatski Telekom, holding various leadership positions in corporate strategy, business development, and project management. Mario holds a postgraduate degree in IT management and additional qualifications in general management and telecommunications engineering from the University of Zagreb and the Zurich Institute of Business Education.
