Matthias Hausmann currently serves as the Head of Group People Services at UNIQA Insurance Group AG, a position held since November 2021, overseeing Group People Compensation & Benefits and Group People Analytics. Prior to this role, Matthias held various prominent positions at Allianz Österreich from June 2012 to September 2021, including Head of Group Compensation & Benefits and Global Remuneration Expert, along with Senior Associate roles focused on HR Reward & Performance, HR Analytics, and Tax and System Support. Earlier experience includes an Assistant role at Carrier Kältetechnik Austria and e-Tutoring at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien). Matthias holds a Master of Arts from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt and a Bachelor of Laws from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
