Susan Hynes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and people management across various industries. Currently serving as the Group HRD/CPO at Uniphar Medtech, Susan focuses on cultivating a successful workplace culture. Additionally, as a Founding Committee Member of the LEAD Network Europe, Susan advocates for increasing women's representation in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors and closing the gender pay gap. Previously, as Chief People Officer at Valeo Foods Ireland, Susan directed the People & Culture team. With a robust background in HR consulting and leadership roles at organizations such as Accenture, PwC, and Unilever, Susan possesses expertise in culture, strategic workforce planning, change leadership, and HR transformation. Susan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney, a Master's in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, and an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College.
