Kashish Sarvaiya has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Unipath Solutions LLP since December 2011, after progressing through various roles including Manager, Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this role, Kashish worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Technomine and as a Customer Support Specialist at Axiom BPM Services Pvt Ltd. Education includes an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Gujarat University, complemented by a Diploma in Computer Engineering from R. C Technical Institute.
