Darshit Raichura is a dynamic leadership coach and trainer with over a decade of experience in various roles including Team Leader, Operations Head, Performance Coach, and Training and Development Leader. Currently serving as the Head of Training and Quality at Unipath Solutions LLP since September 2019, Darshit has a proven track record in delivering tailored learning solutions. Previously, as Head of Operations at Tasty Foods UK from July 2012 to May 2019, responsibilities included building a start-up business in the snack market, overseeing logistics, manufacturing, and sales operations, and implementing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency. Additionally, experience as a Team Leader at British Gas and Operations Manager at RnR FruitnVeg further contributed to Darshit’s expertise in operations and customer service. Darshit holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management Science from the University of Warwick, completed in 2007.
