Tiago Mateus de Lima is an Experienced Senior Consultant at Unipartner, specializing in Business Transformation projects across various sectors, including Banking & Insurance, Power & Utilities, and Public Administration, since May 2023. Responsibilities include the operational and financial management of transformation initiatives, risk management, workflow optimization, and leading strategic sourcing initiatives.
