Miguel de Nobre Madeira possesses extensive experience in the IT services sector, having worked at UNIPARTNER IT Services from November 2015 to the present in various roles, including Services Area Leader for Customer Experience Management, Solutions Consultant, Services Consultant, and Associate. Prior to this, Miguel was employed at Unisys from April 2014 to November 2015 as a Junior Project Consultant and Trainee Consultant. Currently, Miguel is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Management at NOVA IMS Information Management School, with previously completed postgraduate studies in Information Systems and Technology Management at the same institution, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
