Roger Andersson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, communications, and leadership. As the founder and co-owner of Koncept HR AB since March 2018 and Koncept HR - Arbetsrätt, Förhandling och Akademi i Sverige AB since 2019, Roger provides comprehensive HR solutions, specializing in personnel management, recruitment, labor law, and training. A certified Maritime Officer since March 2013, Roger also contributes as a Senior Negotiator for Unionen, focusing on the transport and commerce sectors.
