Heather McCoy has extensive experience in group sales and reservations at Union Station Kansas City since 1997, focusing on delivering unique educational group experiences related to science and math for children. Prior to this role, Heather served as an Administrative Assistant, aiding Directors across various operational sectors. Additionally, Heather worked as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at the Kansas City Museum from December 1997 to August 1999, where the administrative office was located in a historic mansion. Heather pursued education at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1989 to 1991.
