Todd Rynaski has extensive experience in the finance and accounting fields, currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Chief Accounting, Risk and Compliance Officer at Union Pacific Railroad since May 1995. Rynaski's career at Union Pacific Railroad includes multiple leadership roles, such as Vice President and Controller, and Assistant Vice President positions in both Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting and Analysis. Prior to joining Union Pacific, Rynaski served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer Third Class from September 1989 to August 1991. Rynaski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1991 and 1995.
