Michelle Dorwart has extensive experience in management and customer service within the railroad industry, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Salesforce and Mobile Work Order Reporting at Union Pacific Railroad since December 2006. Michelle has held various managerial roles, including Sr. Manager for the Northern Region and Sr. Manager for Training and Bad Orders, along with prior experience as a Team Leader and Manager in Customer Care and Customer Service. Michelle's career began at Omnium Worldwide, Inc. as a Training Coordinator from July 2005 to December 2006. Michelle holds a Master’s of Science in Business Leadership from the College of Saint Mary, completed in 2005, and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology/Chemistry from the same institution, earned in 2004.
