Umut Kılınç currently serves as a People & Change Manager at KPMG Turkiye and is a co-founder of Top Sustainability Star, an innovative certification program aimed at shaping sustainable success. Additionally, Umut Kılınç is the founder of a human resources consultancy, offering corporate training and personal mentoring, and is active as a public speaker. Involved in professional development, Umut Kılınç is a member of the advisory board for the Career and Professional Development Center at Türkiye Barolar Birliği and contributes as a writer for Harvard Business Review Türkiye. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include founding work & VISION, which focuses on people-centered human resources, and a tourism-related venture, Turizm Otel Seyahat. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Hacettepe University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gazi University, along with additional studies at the University of Kassel.
