Kate Cell has extensive experience in climate advocacy, currently serving as Senior Climate Campaign Manager at the Union of Concerned Scientists since September 2010, where Kate has also held positions as Senior Outreach Coordinator and Outreach Coordinator. Prior to this, Kate Cell was the Executive Director at Economists for Peace and Security from September 2001 to December 2005. Educationally, Kate Cell holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Iowa and dual Bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics, as well as Cognitive Science and English from Macalester College.
