Zak Dich has extensive experience in the hospitality and consulting industries, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at the Union League Club of Chicago since May 2015. In addition, Zak has been a Consultant at ZDC Consulting since June 2013. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Dawson's Restaurant Bar from August 2014 to May 2015, Managing Partner at Quay Restaurant from January 2010 to March 2013, and General Manager at Carlucci Restaurant from September 2003 to December 2009.
