Akilah Simpson currently serves as a Grant Coordinator at Union League Boys & Girls Clubs since July 2019 and has also held the position of Team Leader at City Year Chicago since July 2017. Prior to these roles, Akilah worked as a Cashier at Michael's Arts and Crafts from July 2017 to December 2018. Akilah earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Connecticut College, completing studies in 2017.
