Cullen Gilchrist has a wealth of experience in the food industry, beginning with a role as a Prep Cook at Tupelo Restaurant in 2009. In 2008, they were a Manager at SODEXO (former SODEXHO). In 2010, they worked as an MIT at Think Food Group, and in 2011 they were a Manager at Bistro La Bonne. In 2012, they became the Owner of Blind Dog Cafe and the CEO and Founder of Union Kitchen. In 2017, they took on a role as a Board Member at SNACKLINS, and in 2022 they became a General Partner at Union Kitchen Fund.
Cullen Gilchrist obtained their High School Diploma from Dartmouth High School in 2003. Cullen then attended Dartmouth College from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a BA in Economics and Sociology. Cullen has since obtained various certifications, including Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program in December 2020, Forklift Safety Certified from Safelift in July 2020, Hubspot Frictionless Sales Certification, Hubspot Inbound Certified, QuickBooks Certification, ServSafe Alcohol, and ServSafe Manager from ServSafe Certified.
