Kimberly Fracassa is an experienced Interior Design Project Manager at Union Joints since January 2017, with a robust background in creative presentation from previous roles at POLO RALPH LAUREN and Ralph Lauren from 2005 to April 2016. At Ralph Lauren, Kimberly implemented visual initiatives for the luxury brand, coordinated staffing for installations, and managed prop procurement. Prior experience includes managing a team of merchandisers at Expo Design Center, overseeing home accessory presentations, and traveling to open new stores across the U.S. Kimberly's career began at Neiman Marcus, focusing on visual merchandising for cosmetic promotions and women's accessories. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the College for Creative Studies, earned between 1988 and 1993.
