Esraa El Gohary has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Esraa is currently working as a Senior Officer - Health Underwriting at Union Insurance since November 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Sarwa Insurance as a Senior Medical Underwriter-Junior Actuary from December 2021 to December 2022. Esraa also worked at Arope Insurance Egypt as a Senior Medical Underwriter from September 2020 to November 2021. Esraa'searliest experience in the industry was at Arab Orient Takaful Insurance Company, where they served as a Medical Underwriting Specialist from March 2018 to September 2020. Overall, Esraa El Gohary has a strong background in medical underwriting and has held various senior positions throughout their career.

Esraa El Gohary has a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Cairo University, which they completed between the years 2015 and 2018. Esraa attended the Actuarial Science department in the faculty of commerce English section. In the year 2020, they participated in the Young Insurance Professionals Program (YIPP) offered by Africa Re in conjunction with the London School of Insurance (LSI), where they studied Insurance.
