Emily Messinger is an accomplished leader in youth engagement and organizational development within the Jewish community. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture and Strategic Initiatives at the Union for Reform Judaism, Emily plays a key role in the Senior Leadership team and oversees planning and performance efforts. Prior experience includes directing leadership development and staff engagement at URJ Eisner Camp, as well as managing the NFTY East area during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the founding director of the Northeast Teen Collective, Emily innovated youth engagement strategies, while previously directing youth programs at Temple Isaiah. Emily's educational background includes an Executive Masters in Religious Education and a BA in Psychology and Judaic Studies.
