Notoya Johnson, MS, currently serves as a Program Analyst and SAMS Administrator in the Division On Aging for Union County, New Jersey, since March 2022. In this role, Notoya Johnson assists in developing requests for proposals, preparing contracts, processing vouchers, and generating reports per state guidelines, while also providing technical assistance in contract development and grant preparation. Previous experience includes working as a Patient Navigator at RWJBarnabas Health and as a Care Manager at Bergen Family Center. Notoya Johnson's career began with an internship at Act Now Foundation, and included a position as a Certified Medication Aide at Sunrise Senior Living.
