Jennifer Corbett, MSL, currently serves as the Customer Service Manager for Union County, NC, overseeing the customer service and billing departments of the water and sewer company while managing a departmental budget of 1 million. Previously, Jennifer held various roles within Union County DSS, including Eligibility Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team and managing the FNS departmental budget, and Eligibility Specialist, where responsibilities included application processing and staff training. Additional experience includes work as a 911 Telecommunicator, Site Account Representative, Senior Administrative Assistant, and Office Manager/Insurance Agent at notable organizations. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Pfeiffer University and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Organizational Communication & Management from Wingate University and another in Business Administration and Management from Shaw University.
