Eric C. Faulkner, MPA, PHR has extensive experience in administration, human resources, and grant writing. Eric C. is currently the Director of Administration and Human Resources at Union County Community Action (UCCA), where they collaborate with the CFO to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and drive fiscal development. Eric C. also oversees human resources, grant writing, and procurement. Prior to their current role, Eric held the position of Director of Human Resources at UCCA, where they led the development and implementation of personnel policies and managed HRIS. Additionally, Eric worked as a Contract Administrator at UCCA, specializing in securing grants and managing procurement. Before joining UCCA, Eric served as a Graduate Assistant for Student Conduct at UNC Charlotte, and they worked as a Technician/Supervisor at Ricky's Heating and Air.

Eric C. Faulkner, MPA, PHR, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008. Eric C. later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Management from the same university, which they successfully completed in 2011. Additionally, in June 2018, Eric obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HRCI.
