Paul Tompkins has extensive experience in machining and engineering operations, serving as the Engineering Machine Lab Supervisor at Union College since January 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and operating CNC machine tools and water-jet technology. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Machinist at Troy Belting and Supply Company from August 1996 to January 2006, focusing on the operation of manual machine tools for part creation and repair of industrial equipment. Additionally, Paul gained experience as a Machinist at Raloid Tool Company Inc from June 1990 to August 1996, where the production of various parts from blueprints was a key responsibility.
