Harshani Caldera is a seasoned banker with extensive experience at Union Bank of Colombo since January 2011, currently serving as Assistant Manager in Remittance Operations. Caldera possesses expertise in both domestic and international remittance operations, including SWIFT-related tasks, as well as a strong understanding of the reconciliation process for VISA debit and credit cards, alongside addressing fraud and dispute issues related to VISA transactions. Academically, Caldera holds two Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Suffolk and the London School of Commerce, completed between November 2020 and December 2022, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, obtained from 2012 to 2019.
