Ulrich Chávez Tovar is an experienced professional in project management with a focus on strategic initiatives and business process improvement. Currently serving as PMO Manager at UNACEM since August 2016, Ulrich previously held the position of Project Management Lead at ARPL Tecnología Industrial S.A. from January 2006 to July 2016, overseeing project life cycle management and leading teams of up to 10 employees. Education includes a recent certification in Effective Management Skills from Universidad del Pacífico, as well as various specializations from renowned institutions such as IESE Business School and HEC Paris. Ulrich holds an MBA in Business Strategic Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Lima.
