Manjusha Padole is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, focusing on designing reaction mechanisms for the reduction of NOx by HCN using various computational software. In addition to this role, Manjusha serves as a Business Research Associate at Unimrkt Research, conducting primary and secondary research for lead generation. Previously, Manjusha worked as a Research Associate at TechSci Research, estimating market sizes for chemical compounds, and held a postdoctoral position at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where projects included hydrodeoxygenation of biomass-derived phenolic compounds.
