Flavio Ibiapina is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in administrative, financial, and medical roles. Currently serving as Diretor Administrativo e Financeiro and Diretor de Recursos Próprios at Unimed Fortaleza since February 2018, Flavio has also been a practicing physician at Hospital Geral César Cals since January 1994, focusing on obstetric emergency care. Flavio has held various leadership positions, including Conselheiro at Fundação Regional de Saúde and Central Nacional Unimed, Vice-presidente for the Nordeste region at Febrasgo, and President of the Associação Cearense de Ginecologia e Obstetrícia.
