Samar Mounzer has extensive experience in cost control and quantity surveying, currently serving in the role of Cost Control at UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company since September 2021, where responsibilities include cost control and schedule engineering. Prior to this, Samar held the position of Quantity Surveyor at Manoukian E.P.QS. & Construction Management from December 2007 to the present, contributing expertise in construction management and financial oversight.
