Deborah Andrews has a strong background in customer success and operations management across a variety of industries. Starting as IT Support Lead at TUI UK in 2001, they progressed through roles at EF Education First, JUST EAT, Sage People, Gainsight, Salesforce, Unit4, and currently holds the position of Head of Digital Customer Success at Unily. Their experience includes leading customer experience transformations and managing client outcomes in EMEA.
Deborah Andrews has completed various certifications and courses, including the CXPA Professional Member certification, Certified Customer Success Management Professional certification, Prince2 Practitioner certification, ITIL Foundation certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the University of Bedfordshire Business School. Deborah also completed courses at Trailhead by Salesforce.
