Shruti Kashyap has over 17 years of experience at Unilever, currently serving as CIO for Hindustan Unilever and Head of IT for South Asia since May 2006. In this role, Shruti leads the technology integration for Unilever’s largest acquisition, the GSK consumer health portfolio, while previously directing digital marketing initiatives to drive transformation and enhance business performance across key markets. Shruti's background includes positions as IT Director for Digital Marketing and as a Lead Innovation Manager for emerging markets, alongside various managerial roles in digital marketing, customer development IT, and ERP transitions. Shruti began the Unilever career journey as a Business Leadership Trainee after completing a PGDBM at NITIE, Mumbai, and holds a B. Tech in Electronics and Communications from IGIT, Delhi.
