Sharon Scott, PLP, has extensive payroll management experience, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Unilever since October 2016, overseeing multi-provincial Canadian payroll for over 1,000 employees with an annual payroll exceeding $85 million. Responsibilities include ensuring payroll compliance, directing a team of payroll administrators, managing tax payments, facilitating audits, and implementing the Ultimate Kronos Group payroll platform. Previously, Sharon held positions as Canada Payroll Lead at Unilever, Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at STRABAG Inc., Payroll Application Support Specialist at High Line Corporation, Benefit Representative at York Region District School Board, and Pension Administrator at Aon Hewitt. Sharon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough, along with certifications in Payroll Management and Human Resource Management.
