Ming Choo Ling has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for the Home Care division in South East Asia and Thailand at Unilever since January 2006. With a background that includes various senior HR roles at Unilever such as Global Beauty & Personal Care HR Director and HR Director for multiple countries including Malaysia and Singapore, Ming has demonstrated expertise in managing talent, rewards, and organizational transformation. Previous roles include HR Manager and Project Manager for APAC HRIS, building a strong foundation in HR practices. Ming Choo Ling holds a Bachelor of Economic Arts from the University of Malaya.
