Michel Delroisse serves as the Director of Operations at Unilever, overseeing R&D, Supply Chain, and Procurement for the newly established Beauty & Wellbeing Prospective Innovation Department since August 2023. Previously, Michel held the role of Chief Operating Officer at The Uncovery LLC at Unilever, where, in under four months, a fully operational business was established along with a successful supply chain model. Michel's extensive experience at Unilever spans over two decades, including significant positions such as Cluster Quality Director for Europe, where a comprehensive European Quality strategy was implemented across multiple product categories, and Global R&D Project Leader positions focusing on renowned brands. Prior experience includes a research fellowship at Rhodia, developing novel actives for pesticides and anaesthetics. Michel holds a PhD in Bio Inorganic Chemistry from Université de Bordeaux and a DUT in Chemistry from Institut Universitaire de Technology.
