Erin Goldson is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the PR & Influencer Marketing Lead for Personal Care at Unilever since July 2016. With a significant background in brand management, Erin has successfully led integrated marketing initiatives for Dove, including managing agency teams and driving impactful campaigns like the Dove CROWN Act communications, which contributed to legislative change in multiple states. Prior roles include brand manager positions for Dove and Degree, as well as experience at Louis Vuitton, American Express, and Ogilvy & Mather, where Erin co-founded OgilvyCULTURE, a cross-cultural marketing initiative. Education includes degrees from Columbia Business School, the University of Virginia, and Spelman College.
