Tel Rashid has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people operations. They have worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Unilabs, where they established a global Talent Acquisition CoE and built talent pipelines for future growth. Prior to this, Tel served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition/People Operations at ERBA Diagnostics Mannheim GmbH. They have also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition - MEAP region at Abbott, attracting top talent to the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan region. Tel has experience in executive search and consulting, having worked as a Partner at Freshstone Consulting and a Consultant at MGMS International. They have also held managerial positions at RASE and SpenglerFox. Tel Rashid started their career as an Account Manager at Russell & Partners.

Tel Rashid has a B.Eng degree in Civil Engineering with Management from The University of Manchester. They also attended Halliford School.
