Mark Cisneros currently serves as the Manager of Allegiant Customer Service at UniGroup, C.A., a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held the title of Vice President at Citibank, N.A. from January 2011 to October 2018 and served as Operations Director at Concentra from 2005 to 2010. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Baker University, completed between 1990 and 1992, as well as earlier studies in the same field at USIU from 1989 to 1990.
